On acceptance of your application we will contact you to discuss your availability and upcoming courses. Payment in full is required to join a course, and to receive your membership benefits.
Course fees vary depending on their length. One session is priced at £75, so a course of six sessions would be £450 plus VAT.
In the Dialogue Space we work with you to create a safe, supportive and confidential environment. To enable this we ask that you read and agree to our participation terms and conditions. Any information you provide will only be used by Dialogue Space facilitators to process your registration, activate your membership and enable you to participate. You have the right to confidentiality and privacy by the group leaders and other group members. Confidentiality within the group setting is a shared responsibility of all members and leaders. While group leaders may not disclose any client communications or information except as provided by law, group members’ communications are not protected. As such, confidentiality within the group setting is often based on mutual trust and respect.
In the Dialogue Space we adhere to professional, legal, and ethical guidelines of confidentiality established by professional organisations, such as the British Psychological Society.
Legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality include:
- If if we consider there is a risk you may harm yourself or others. In such exceptional circumstances, where there is concern for your well being or that of others, it may be necessary to seek help outside the group relationship. In such an event where we are considering breaching confidentiality, you will normally be consulted first.
- In the case of a disclosure concerning acts of terrorism, vulnerable adult or child protection issues or drug trafficking, confidentiality will be breached and such disclosures will be passed onto the relevant authority without delay. Due consideration should be exercised before disclosing anything of a previously unreported criminal nature, as we are obligated under law to contact relevant authorities.
As a member of this group, I agree to not disclose to anyone outside the group any information that may help to identify another group member. This includes, but is not limited to, names, physical descriptions, biological information, and specifics to the content of interactions with other group members.
